Air1 Travel LLC. (“Air1,” “we,” “us”) is a host travel agency. Travel advisors affiliated with us book air travel for their clients using our platform and our agency accreditation, and we issue and settle the resulting tickets.

Because tickets are issued under our accreditation, we are responsible for the traveler information in our booking systems. Your advisor may also keep their own records of your relationship with them, governed by their own practices. This policy does not cover airlines, hotels, or other suppliers, each of which handles your information under its own policy.
Traveler information, provided by you or by your advisor on your behalf: full legal name as shown on your travel document, date of birth, gender, contact details, passport and visa details, Known Traveler and Redress Numbers, nationality, loyalty program numbers, emergency contacts, accessibility, mobility, medical, or dietary requests you ask us to pass to a carrier, form of payment, and the itinerary and ticketing record including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Advisor information: name, contact details, account credentials and access logs, professional credentials and identifiers, commission and payout details, tax information, and platform usage.
Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser details, approximate location, pages and features used, and error and performance events.
Some of this is sensitive information under state privacy laws — passport and government identifiers, account credentials, and any health or accessibility details. We use it only to arrange and service your travel, meet the legal requirements below, and prevent fraud.
Airlines and travel suppliers. Ticketing an itinerary requires sending your data to the operating and marketing carriers and any partner airlines on the route.
Your advisor. The advisor who booked your travel has access to your booking record in order to service it.
Booking infrastructure. We use Sabre to shop, price, and ticket. Your booking record is stored there and is accessible to the carriers on your itinerary.
Service providers. Hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and support tooling, each contractually limited to our purposes.
Government authorities. Air travel carries mandatory reporting that cannot be opted out of — TSA Secure Flight data for flights touching the United States, Advance Passenger Information for international itineraries, and passenger record transfers to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and equivalent authorities in other countries.
Legal and safety. Where necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to an emergency, or protect the rights and safety of travelers, advisors, or the public.
Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management, preferences, analytics, and error monitoring. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
We retain booking and ticketing records as required to meet tax, accounting, settlement, and dispute-resolution requirements. Advisor account records are kept for the life of the affiliation. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or de-identified.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and appeal if we decline a request.
Email admin@air1t.com to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming details of a booking or the email address on file. An authorized agent may submit a request with written proof of authorization.
We may decline where the law permits — including where a request conflicts with the retention requirements above or the mandatory government reporting described earlier. We will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Confirmations, itinerary changes, disruption alerts, and other messages about your travel continue regardless, since they are part of the service.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and restrictions limiting advisor access to their own clients’ bookings. No system is completely secure. Report a suspected compromise to admin@air1t.com.
Adults book travel for minors, and we collect minors’ traveler details from the booking adult or their advisor for that purpose. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and advisor accounts are for travel professionals only.
We operate in the United States and process information here. International itineraries necessarily involve transmitting your data to carriers, ground handlers, and government authorities in the countries on your route.
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version, and we will notify registered users of material changes before they take effect.
